This clinical protocol is designed for individuals over 60 years of age and focuses on stimulating motor activity to promote independence, maintain activities of daily living, and foster healthy aging. Its therapeutic approach aims to strengthen functional abilities, preserve residual skills, and actively support the patient's mobility.

It includes more than 120 thirty-minute therapeutic sessions focused on working on the neck, upper and lower limbs, trunk, coordination, balance, gait retraining, and sarcopenia. It integrates motor, visual, tactile, auditory, olfactory, cognitive, proprioceptive, and vestibular stimuli within an immersive and interactive experience, with the possibility of personalizing the treatment per session and also developing group activities.
